Thirteen ways to play alone, from the big three - Klondike Solitaire, Spider (1, 2 or 4 suits) and FreeCell, where every deal is winnable - to Yukon, Scorpion, the casino classic Canfield and the two-deck Crescent. Prefer quick clear-the-board puzzles? Try Pyramid, TriPeaks, Golf, Addiction, Kings in the Corners or pure-luck Clock.
Trick-taking games
The deepest family in cards. Take fewer tricks in Hearts, bid them exactly in Spades, Oh Hell! and full rubber Bridge, or play the great European classics: French Belote, German Skat, Austrian Schnapsen, Italian Briscola, Portuguese Sueca, Dutch Klaverjassen and Brazil's bluffing battle Truco. Euchre, Pinochle, Whist and the Icelandic pair Lockup and Manni round out the table.
Rummy & melding
Draw, meld and go out first: Gin Rummy, table-melding Rummy and pile-digging Rummy 500, partnership Canasta, Italy's Burraco and Brazil's Buraco. Cribbage brings the pegboard - count the play and the show to 121.

Are these card games really free?
Yes. Every game on Play Cards is free to play, with no download, no sign-up and no paywall. The site is supported by a couple of unobtrusive ads, and nothing is ever locked behind a purchase.
Do I need an account to play?
No. There are no accounts and no logins. Your progress, statistics and preferences are saved in your own browser automatically, so you can close a game mid-hand and pick it up right where you left off.
Can I play card games online with friends?
Yes. 41 card and dice games, from Hearts and Spades to Gin Rummy, Canasta and Yahtzee, have a Friends button above the board. Press it, type a name and send the invite link: your friends open it in their browser on a phone, tablet or computer, with no account and no download. Rooms are private (only people with your link can join), any empty seat is played by a computer opponent that never peeks at your cards, and the computer also takes over if someone drops out. The solitaires and Blackjack stay single-player.
Do the games follow the official rules?
Yes. Each game enforces the classic rules exactly, including the edge cases, and every rule the game applies is written up in our rulebook so you can check any scoring or ruling yourself.
Does my progress save if I leave?
Yes. Games auto-save after every move, and each game keeps your win-loss statistics. Everything is stored locally in your browser - come back any time on the same device and continue.
